• The scope of engagement shall be delineated in the specific agreement or contract executed between YMRD and the respective party or organization.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
• All intellectual property rights emanating from the research and development endeavors undertaken by YMRD shall unequivocally vest with YMRD, unless otherwise expressly stipulated in writing.
• Participants engaging in research and development activities with YMRD shall honor and uphold the intellectual property rights owned by YMRD.
3. Confidentiality
• Participants shall maintain strict confidentiality with respect to any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of research and development activities.
• Confidential information shared by YMRD or other participants shall not be disseminated to any third party without the prior written consent of YMRD.
4. Funding and Resources
• Funding allocations and resource provisions for research and development projects shall be mutually agreed upon between YMRD and the collaborating party or organization.
• YMRD reserves the prerogative to allocate funds and resources judiciously based on project exigencies and strategic imperatives.
5. Reporting and Accountability
• Participants engaged in research and development activities with YMRD shall furnish periodic progress reports as stipulated in the relevant agreement or contract.
• YMRD is committed to maintaining transparency, accountability, and diligence in all its research and development endeavors.
6. Ethical Considerations
• All research and development activities conducted under the aegis of YMRD shall adhere steadfastly to the highest ethical standards, encompassing principles of integrity, human dignity, environmental stewardship, and animal welfare.
• Research involving human subjects shall conform to the prevailing ethical guidelines, statutory regulations, and institutional protocols.
7. Termination
• Either party reserves the right to terminate the engagement upon furnishing a written notice to the other party, delineating the grounds for termination.
• In the event of termination, both parties shall discharge any outstanding obligations in accordance with the terms delineated in the agreement or contract.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

A. Terms and Conditions for Participation in Competitions Organized by YMRD

1. Eligibility
• Participation in YMRD's competitions is open to individuals or teams who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each competition.
• Participants must adhere to any age restrictions, geographical limitations, or other criteria outlined in the competition guidelines.
2. Registration
• Participants must complete the registration process as specified in the competition guidelines.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.
3. Competition Guidelines
• Participants are required to familiarize themselves with the competition guidelines provided by YMRD.
• Any deviation from the competition guidelines may result in disqualification.
4. Originality and Plagiarism
• Submissions must be original work created by the participants.
• Plagiarism or unauthorized use of copyrighted material is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.
5. Submission Requirements
• Participants must adhere to the submission requirements outlined in the competition guidelines.
• Submissions must be made within the specified deadline. Late submissions may not be accepted.
6. Judging Process
• The judging criteria and process will be outlined in the competition guidelines.
• Judges' decisions are final and binding.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
• Participants retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in their submissions.
• By participating in the competition, participants grant YMRD a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute their submissions for promotional and educational purposes related to the competition.
8. Disqualification
• YMRD reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in any form of misconduct.
• Disqualified participants may be prohibited from participating in future competitions organized by YMRD.
9. Prize Distribution
• Prize distribution will be conducted in accordance with the competition guidelines.
• Prizes may be subject to taxes or other applicable fees, which are the responsibility of the prize winners.
10. Limitation of Liability
• YMRD and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the competition.
• YMRD reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time, for any reason, without liability.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Constitution.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi NCR.
12. Amendments
• YMRD reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants through the competition website or other appropriate channels.

B. Terms and Conditions for Funding Research, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship under YMRD

1. Eligibility
• YMRD provides funding to eligible individuals, teams, organizations, and institutions engaged in pioneering research, groundbreaking innovation, and impactful entrepreneurship ventures.
• Eligibility criteria, encompassing project scope, geographical reach, thematic focus, and applicant credentials, will be stipulated in the funding guidelines.
2. Application Process
• Applicants must adhere to the designated application process outlined in the funding guidelines provided by YMRD.
• All information furnished during the application process must be accurate, complete, and verifiable.
3. Funding Guidelines
• Applicants are obligated to strictly adhere to the funding guidelines prescribed by YMRD.
• Any deviation from the stipulated guidelines may result in disqualification or revocation of funding.
4. Project Proposal
• Applicants are required to submit a comprehensive project proposal elucidating the project's objectives, methodology, anticipated outcomes, budget allocation, timeline, and scalability potential.
• Project proposals should underscore innovation, feasibility, societal impact, and alignment with YMRD's mission and objectives.
5. Utilization of Funds
• Funds disbursed by YMRD shall be utilized exclusively for the purposes delineated in the approved project proposal and budget.
• Any diversion or misappropriation of funds for unauthorized purposes shall constitute a breach of these Terms and may lead to legal action and repayment obligations.
6. Reporting and Accountability
• Recipients of funding are obligated to furnish periodic progress reports, financial statements, and impact assessments in accordance with the reporting requirements specified by YMRD.
• Failure to comply with reporting obligations may result in suspension or termination of funding and legal ramifications.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
• Recipients retain ownership of any intellectual property rights arising from the funded project.
• YMRD may require a non-exclusive license to utilize project-related intellectual property for promotional, educational, or dissemination purposes related to YMRD's mission.
• YMRD may want equity and name on Patent grants.
8. Acknowledgment and Recognition
• Recipients are mandated to acknowledge YMRD's support prominently in all project-related publications, presentations, marketing materials, and communications.
• Failure to acknowledge YMRD's contribution may result in forfeiture of funding or other punitive measures.
9. Monitoring and Evaluation
• YMRD reserves the right to monitor, evaluate, and assess the progress, effectiveness, and impact of funded projects through periodic reviews, site visits, evaluations, and audits.
• Recipients are obligated to facilitate and cooperate with YMRD's monitoring and evaluation efforts.
10. Termination and Recoupment
• YMRD reserves the right to terminate funding in the event of non-compliance with these Terms, failure to achieve project objectives, or any other material breach.
• In the event of termination, YMRD may demand repayment of disbursed funds or seek recoupment of losses incurred as a result of the breach.
11. Indemnification and Liability
• Recipients indemnify and hold harmless YMRD, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the funded project.
• YMRD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the utilization of funds or implementation of the funded project.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Constitution.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi NCR.
13. Amendments and Modifications
• YMRD reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at its sole discretion.
• Any amendments to these Terms shall be communicated to the recipients through official channels, and continued participation in the funding program shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

C. Terms and Conditions for Receiving Support from YMRD

1. Eligibility
• Support from YMRD is available to individuals, organizations, and institutions engaged in endeavors aligned with YMRD's mission and objectives.
• Eligibility criteria, including but not limited to project scope, geographical reach, thematic focus, and applicant credentials, will be specified in the support guidelines.
2. Application Process
• Applicants must follow the designated application process outlined in the support guidelines provided by YMRD.
• All information provided during the application process must be accurate, complete, and verifiable.
3. Support Guidelines
• Applicants are required to adhere to the support guidelines prescribed by YMRD.
• Any deviation from the stipulated guidelines may result in disqualification or revocation of support.
4. Project Proposal
• Applicants must submit a detailed project proposal outlining the objectives, methodology, anticipated outcomes, budget allocation, timeline, and scalability potential.

• Any amendments to these Terms shall be communicated to the recipients through official channels, and continued receipt of support shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

D. Terms and Conditions of Employment for YMRD’s Employees.

1. Employment Relationship
• The employment relationship between [YMRD] and the employee is one of mutual respect and commitment to achieving the organization's mission and objectives.
• By accepting employment with [YMRD], the employee agrees to abide by these terms and conditions and to contribute positively to the organization's goals.
2. Position and Duties

8. Termination of Employment
