    • YMRD reserves the prerogative to allocate funds and resources judiciously based on project exigencies and strategic imperatives.
  5. Reporting and Accountability

Welcome to YMRD's competition platform. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern your participation in any competition organized by YMRD. By participating in any competition, you agree to abide by these Terms.
  1. Eligibility
    • Participation in YMRD's competitions is open to individuals or teams who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each competition.
    • Participants must adhere to any age restrictions, geographical limitations, or other criteria outlined in the competition guidelines.
  2. Registration

B. Terms and Conditions for Funding Research, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship under YMRD
Welcome to YMRD's funding program for catalyzing research, fostering innovation, and nurturing entrepreneurship. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a binding agreement governing the application, acceptance, and utilization of funds provided by YMRD. By applying for and accepting funding from YMRD, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.
  1. Eligibility
    • YMRD provides funding to eligible individuals, teams, organizations, and institutions engaged in pioneering research, groundbreaking innovation, and impactful entrepreneurship ventures.
    • Eligibility criteria, encompassing project scope, geographical reach, thematic focus, and applicant credentials, will be stipulated in the funding guidelines.
  2. Application Process
    • Applicants must adhere to the designated application process outlined in the funding guidelines provided by YMRD.
    • All information furnished during the application process must be accurate, complete, and verifiable.
  3. Funding Guidelines
    • Applicants are obligated to strictly adhere to the funding guidelines prescribed by YMRD.
    • Any deviation from the stipulated guidelines may result in disqualification or revocation of funding.
  4. Project Proposal
    • Applicants are required to submit a comprehensive project proposal elucidating the project's objectives, methodology, anticipated outcomes, budget allocation, timeline, and scalability potential.
    • Project proposals should underscore innovation, feasibility, societal impact, and alignment with YMRD's mission and objectives.
  5. Utilization of Funds
    • Funds disbursed by YMRD shall be utilized exclusively for the purposes delineated in the approved project proposal and budget.
    • Any diversion or misappropriation of funds for unauthorized purposes shall constitute a breach of these Terms and may lead to legal action and repayment obligations.
  6. Reporting and Accountability
    • Recipients of funding are obligated to furnish periodic progress reports, financial statements, and impact assessments in accordance with the reporting requirements specified by YMRD.
    • Failure to comply with reporting obligations may result in suspension or termination of funding and legal ramifications.
  7. Intellectual Property Rights
    • Recipients retain ownership of any intellectual property rights arising from the funded project.
    • YMRD may require a non-exclusive license to utilize project-related intellectual property for promotional, educational, or dissemination purposes related to YMRD's mission.
    • YMRD may want equity and name on Patent grants.
  8. Acknowledgment and Recognition
    • Recipients are mandated to acknowledge YMRD's support prominently in all project-related publications, presentations, marketing materials, and communications.
    • Failure to acknowledge YMRD's contribution may result in forfeiture of funding or other punitive measures.
  9. Monitoring and Evaluation
    • YMRD reserves the right to monitor, evaluate, and assess the progress, effectiveness, and impact of funded projects through periodic reviews, site visits, evaluations, and audits.
    • Recipients are obligated to facilitate and cooperate with YMRD's monitoring and evaluation efforts.
  10. Termination and Recoupment
    • YMRD reserves the right to terminate funding in the event of non-compliance with these Terms, failure to achieve project objectives, or any other material breach.
    • In the event of termination, YMRD may demand repayment of disbursed funds or seek recoupment of losses incurred as a result of the breach.
  11. Indemnification and Liability
    • Recipients indemnify and hold harmless YMRD, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the funded project.
    • YMRD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the utilization of funds or implementation of the funded project.
  12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Constitution.
    • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi NCR.
  13. Amendments and Modifications
    • YMRD reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at its sole discretion.
    • Any amendments to these Terms shall be communicated to the recipients through official channels, and continued participation in the funding program shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
C. Terms and Conditions for Receiving Support from YMRD
Welcome to YMRD's support program. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the application for and receipt of support from YMRD. By applying for and accepting support from YMRD, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.
  1. Eligibility
    • Support from YMRD is available to individuals, organizations, and institutions engaged in endeavors aligned with YMRD's mission and objectives.
    • Eligibility criteria, including but not limited to project scope, geographical reach, thematic focus, and applicant credentials, will be specified in the support guidelines.
  2. Application Process
    • Applicants must follow the designated application process outlined in the support guidelines provided by YMRD.
    • All information provided during the application process must be accurate, complete, and verifiable.
  3. Support Guidelines
    • Applicants are required to adhere to the support guidelines prescribed by YMRD.

D. Terms and Conditions of Employment for YMRD’s Employees.
  1. Employment Relationship
    • The employment relationship between [YMRD] and the employee is one of mutual respect and commitment to achieving the organization's mission and objectives.
    • By accepting employment with [YMRD], the employee agrees to abide by these terms and conditions and to contribute positively to the organization's goals.
  2. Position and Duties
    • The employee shall be employed in the position of [Job Title] and shall perform the duties and responsibilities associated with this position as outlined in the job description provided by [YMRD].
    • The employee may be required to undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned by their supervisor or designated authority within the organization.

    • The employee shall conduct themselves with integrity, professionalism, and respect in all interactions with colleagues, partners, donors, and the community.
    • The employee shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies, including but not limited to policies on equal employment opportunity, workplace harassment, and conflicts of interest.
  8. Termination of Employment
    • Employment with [YMRD] may be terminated by either party with or without cause and with or without notice.
    • In the event of termination, the employee shall return all organization property, including but not limited to keys, access cards, equipment, and any other materials belonging to [YMRD].
    • Any outstanding obligations or liabilities owed to [YMRD] by the employee shall be settled promptly upon termination of employment.
  9. Grievance Procedure
